Booking Cancellations or Reschedules

Cancellations or reschedules cannot be made within 24 hours of your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, missed appointments, or arrivals 15 minutes or more late will incur a $50 fee.

Cosmetic tattoo appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, missed appointments, or arrivals 15 minutes or more late will incur a $100 fee.

This fee is processed automatically to the card provided at booking. If the fee cannot be successfully processed, an invoice will be issued via email.

Unpaid fees or repeated no shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

This policy ensures we maintain the highest level of service and availability for all clients. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from booking.

Cosmetic Tattooing

Service Provider Disclosure

All cosmetic tattoo services are performed by Cosmetic FX, a sole trader operating within Elyshia Jones Brow Studio.

Cosmetic FX is solely responsible for the performance, suitability, and outcomes of all cosmetic tattoo treatments provided.

Elyshia Jones Brow Studio provides studio space, branding, and booking services only and does not perform cosmetic tattoo treatments or assume responsibility for treatment outcomes.

Late Arrivals

Punctuality is required.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened or cancelled appointment.
In this instance, the booking fee applied.

Previous Cosmetic Tattooing

All previous cosmetic tattoo work must be approved prior to booking.
Clear, unedited photos must be provided (natural lighting, no makeup) to bookings@elyshiajones.com for confirmation of suitability.
Failure to disclose previous tattooing may result in cancellation of your appointment and booking fee applied.

Cosmetic Tattoo Touch-Ups

A 4–6 week touch-up appointment is required for all new client cosmetic tattoo treatments and is priced at $250.

This appointment must be attended within the recommended timeframe. If this appointment is missed or attended outside this period, standard touch-up fees apply.

For annual or overdue touch-ups, additional sessions may be required and charged accordingly, depending on the time between appointments.

Medical Suitability & Contraindications

We do not provide cosmetic tattooing if you are:

Under 18
Pregnant
Currently using or recently completed a course of Accutane (Isotretinoin)
Undergoing chemotherapy or cancer treatment (oncologist clearance required after completion)
Experiencing active skin conditions in the treatment area, including eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, or active infections such as cold sores.

Breastfeeding clients are required to disclose this prior to booking so we can ensure you have the appropriate information before booking.

If you are unsure about any medical condition or medication, we recommend checking in with your GP or healthcare provider before booking.

If treatment cannot proceed due to medical history or suitability, the appointment may be cancelled and booking fee applied.

Results Disclaimer

Cosmetic tattooing results vary between individuals. Results are influenced by skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and healing response.
No guarantee is made regarding exact healed results.

Aftercare

Strict aftercare must be followed. Failure to comply may affect healing, pigment retention, and final results. The studio is not responsible for outcomes affected by aftercare non-compliance.
